Thanks for applying. We have received your resume and are matching your qualifications with our needs. If we feel you are a fit, a team member will be contacting you for a phone interview.

Phone Call from Enconnex Recruitment

You have got what we need! A representative from our recruitment team will be contacting you for a short phone call to discuss your resume and the position requirements. If it is a match on both sides we will put you in contact with the hiring Manager.

Phone Interview with Hiring Manager

We want to make sure you and your manager can connect on goals and requirements. This will be a 20min discussion regarding the position expectations and review of your qualifications. Once this is completed you will be invited to meet some of the team members at our office.

In-person Interview

See our space and meet with your potententail team. Sit with 3-4 team members including your hiring manager, peers and senior leadership to review benefits, challenges and positions expectations. If we both feel like it is a fit, we will be eager to get you badged in for your first day.
